Our warranty policy
All MAS products are guaranteed for a period of 2 weeks after the date of the purchase. Even if everything is meticulously inspected, a defect or abnormal tear is possible. In that case, we will happily repair your product. You can also return or exchange your purchase within 14 days after receiving your order. The piece has to be in mint condition with all the original tags.
Sales items are considered a FINAL SALE and cannot be exchanged or refunded.
To return or exchange a product, you can ship your package to 7240 Clark Street suite 101, Montréal, QC, Canada H2R 2Y3. We encourage you to write to us. We’ll then provide you a barcode to make the process easier for you. Depending on the case, you might be charge 10$ for the return. Our platform is highly secure. There is a SSL system to encrypt your personal information. MAS Montreal don't have access to any of your banking information.
Shipping
We will ship your order in between 2 and 3 business days after you placed your order. Then, orders usually take 1 to 3 days to be delivered in Canada, 5 to 15 days for the rest of the world.
Our order are shipped primarily with Purolator. You can just select this option when checking out. We also use Canada Post when necessary.
If you are living in Montreal, we also offer delivery with bike. You have to be present to accept the package. You will receive your order in 2-4 business days

*Your order will be shipped to the delivery address of your choice. You can then choose to get your delivery to another different address from your billing address.
