Payment
Our platform is highly secure. There is an SSL system to encrypt your personal information. MAS Montréal does not have access to any of your banking information.
Shipping
We will ship your order within 2 to 3 business days after you have placed it. Delivery normally takes 1 to 3 days in Canada and 5 to 15 days internationally.
Orders are shipped primarily with Purolator. You can select this option when checking out. We also use Canada Post when necessary.
If you are living in Montreal, we also offer bike delivery. You have to be present to receive the package. You will receive your order within 2 to 4 business days.

- Free pickup at the studio
- Quebec & Ontario: $12
- Rest of Canada: $19
- Free shipping on any order over $298 (Canada only)
- International: $25
*Your order will be shipped to your desired address. You can give a different address for delivery and for billing.
If you want to pick up your order for free, please leave a valid email address, so we can agree on a pick up time.

If you choose the bike delivery, estimate 48 hours from the moment your order is ready. This service is currently provided only for Montreal residents. You have to be present to receive your package.
