All MAS Montréal pieces are guaranteed for 14 days after delivery. Every garment is inspected before it leaves our studio, but if something's off, write us — we'll make it right.

Returns
Full-price items can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Write to us first, or request your return directly from your account. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached.
A $12 return shipping fee and a 5% restocking fee are deducted from your refund.

Exchanges
Wrong size? We'll send you a label to get it back to our Montréal studio, on us. Shipping the correct size back out to you is a flat $12 — we split the cost so neither of us covers the full round trip twice.
Local exchanges at the studio are always free.

Minor Variations & Defects
Every piece is cut and sewn by hand in small batches — an occasional loose thread or small variation is part of that, not a flaw. If your garment arrives with a genuine construction defect, tell us within 5 days with a photo, and we'll repair or replace it, free of charge.

We reserve the right to decline a return or exchange if an item doesn't meet these conditions, or if a return pattern suggests the policy is being used outside its intent.
